By accessing or using Wish Box, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Wish Box is a service for creating wish boxes, adding wishes, drawing activities, sharing boxes with other members, and saving memories connected to those wishes.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for the activity that occurs under it.

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service only in compliance with applicable law.

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload to Wish Box, including wishes, notes, images, and memories.

By using the service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate and improve Wish Box.

If you place content in a shared box, you understand that invited members may be able to view that content.

You may not use Wish Box to violate the law, infringe intellectual property rights, harass others, upload malicious code, interfere with the service, or abuse invitations and collaborative features.

We may investigate misuse and take appropriate action, including suspension or removal of content or accounts.

You may stop using Wish Box at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created risk for other users, or harmed the service.

Wish Box is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, or that the service will always be secure or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wish Box and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

Your use of Wish Box is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and handle information.

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of the service after changes means the updated terms apply.
